Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026. Frostpilot is an unofficial, fan-made companion app for Whiteout Survival. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Century Games.
We keep this simple because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your in-game Player ID (FID). A public game identifier you enter. We use it to look up your public profile (nickname, furnace level, state, avatar) from the game's public gift-code service, and to provide coaching, gift-code redemption, and alliance features. We do not ask for or receive your game password or account login.
- Alliance member Player IDs (Command users only). Public IDs you enter so we can redeem gift codes for those members and show which of them codes are still reaching.
- Push token (only if you enable notifications). Used to send gift-code / event alerts.
- Subscription status. Handled by RevenueCat and Apple; we receive only whether your entitlement is free / Plus / Command — no card or payment details ever reach us.
What stays on your device (not sent to us)
- Your spending tracker entries — stored locally on your phone only.
- Your daily checklist / streak state — local only.
What we do NOT collect
- No email, phone number, name, password, or contacts.
- No location, no advertising identifiers, no cross-app tracking.
Third parties
- Apple (App Store purchases, push delivery) — per Apple's privacy policy.
- RevenueCat (subscription management) — receives your Player ID as the app user ID and subscription events.
- The public Whiteout Survival gift-code service (run by the game) — receives your Player ID and state number to redeem codes, exactly as the official redemption website does.
Data retention
We store your Player ID, state number, anything you tell us about your furnace, and your gift-code redemption history to power the app. You can request deletion any time (see Support); signing out removes your saved ID from the device.
Children
Not directed at children under 13.
