Frequent questions
- Do I need to log in? No. Frostpilot only uses your public Player ID — never your game password or account login.
- How does auto-redeem work? On Plus and Command, our server redeems new gift codes for you (it solves the captcha), so you never type a code.
- How do I cancel? Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles all billing.
- Refunds? Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Delete my data? Email us, or sign out to remove your saved ID from the device. See the Privacy Policy.
